its ok sid, i looked after the gym til bexs turned up, and did franks padwork, and erics padwork.. but i noticed paul rimmer doesn't do any training anymore, he just sits there filling his face and smoking??? oh and he cried .....

 also dad said he bought you a nice ...runny..egg sandwich to help settle your stomach...  lol

login the front end - edit a page - click 'image' (just below the editing screen) and they appear. ive put them in folders;Bangkok, oldsite and vsSophieBowyer.

u can use them to edit or add to existing pages, or u can make a new page using them (use front end login - submit an article) and Ill publish it to the site 4 u.

ive not put them in the gallery yet - will chat to see what ones u want in the gallery on Sat, and show u how 2 do it 2!

ur class is downstairs on Sat. ive put a bench in for the parents . i can give ur dad the keys at the party on Thurs night (make him come - me and sam r gona find him a nice girl!). and u will need to 'help' Frank with his nut conditioning again lol.

i want 2 keep u on ur toes while ur not fighting so ive decided 2 give u a black eye. maybe 2. and im going to give a prize 2 everyone at the gym who does the same.
